Primary responsibilities of the Guest Experience Associate position include:

  • Performs daily operations including working well with Tee 18 Golf team members, taking, preparing and delivering guest food & beverage orders, and cleaning and maintenance of Tee 18 Golf equipment and facilities.
  • Effectively complies with all processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensures food safety practices that comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Strives to meet Tee 18 Golf weekly sales goals, service times, and guest experience goals.
  • Perform weekly & quarterly business reviews with the Assist Managers and uses the data & feedback to implement sustainable growth & success measures.
  • Maintains current and accurate data in corporate systems to include Point of Sale, Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Open & Close Checklists, Corporate & Small Group Event checklist.
  • Ensure quality and a 5-Star Guest experience every time.
  • Complies with scheduling requests covering the necessary shifts across hours of operations and guest demand.
  • Fill in where necessary should the needs of the business require.
  • Lead and model Tee 18 Golf’s cultural beliefs creating employer of choice experiences to ensure team members feel valued, appreciated, and set up for success.
Requirements:

Job Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of restaurant shift management experience
  • 2+ years of restaurant server and / or production experience
  • Must be available to work weekends, especially during Winter months given the demand & seasonal nature of this business
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day
  • Need to be able to lift minimum 50 pounds
