Pediatric Physical Therapist

Outpatient Clinicย  โ€ขย  Tulsa, OKย  โ€ขย  Full-Timeย  โ€ขย  70-86k/yearย  โ€ขย  Up to 8k signing bonus

Therapitas is a nonprofit that has served Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2009 with one mission: ensuring Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child.

Weโ€™re hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. The ability to speak Spanish is not required. We provide trained interpreter support. And for those who want to learn: we'll provide Spanish lessons or send you to Antigua, Guatemala.

  • DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
  • Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
  • Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
  • Document services in our easy-to-use EMR
  • Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy students

  • $70,000 โ€“ $86,000 / year based on schedule and experience with up to $8,000 signing bonus available for candidates not participating in SIP.ย
