???? Senior Network Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, build, secure, and optimize our network infrastructure—playing a key role in keeping our Credit Union operating seamlessly.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage and support network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and security systems
• Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with efficiency and foresight
• Contribute to technical projects and drive successful implementation of infrastructure improvements
• Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance
• Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and system integrity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions
• Respond to urgent IT incidents when needed

????️ What You Bring to the Table
• 7–10 years of experience in network and systems administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Strong expertise in networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure technologies
• Experience executing technical projects and delivering reliable solutions
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, including escalation awareness

Bonus: Experience with financial industry regulations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:

Sr. Network Administrator - $89,000 to $125,000 Annually
