WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

  • Hourly Wage:
    • Case Manager I: $21.25-$26.30, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Case Manager II: $23.25-$28.80, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage annuity new business cases from application submission through contract issuance.
  • Review applications for completeness, accuracy, suitability, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with advisors, producers, and internal teams to obtain requirements and resolve processing issues.
  • Conduct suitability reviews and maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple cases while delivering high-quality service and timely communication.
  • Identify process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance the overall new business experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 0-3 years' experience working in customer service, ability to collaborate with internal and external clients to find the best solution possible.
  • Experience with annuity new business processing and suitability reviews, along with knowledge of fixed, indexed, and variable annuity products.
