Job description

Savvy Wealth Opportunity

Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.

Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.

AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.

We're a Series B company hitting our stride, with roughly 150 employees and over 500% year-over-year growth, backed by $105M from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, and Mark Casady (former CEO of LPL Financial). Come help us scale!

We're a Certified Great Place to Work and have been honored for our culture and our growth:

  • Newsweek's America's Greatest Startup Workplaces (2026)
  • Fortune Best Workplaces in New Yorkâ„¢ (2026)
  • Great Place to Work Certifiedâ„¢
The Role

The Savvy team is looking for an experienced Senior Client Associate who is ready to apply their exceptional client service skills to drive impact in a fast-paced and growing environment. In this role, you'll serve as a dedicated operational partner to multiple advisors, ensuring their clients receive exceptional day-to-day support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent problem-solver, and a strong communicator who can help foster long-term client relationships.

This role will be critical in shaping our standard operating procedures and ensuring we set the highest standard for client and advisor support. As an early member of the Savvy team, you will help build out the client servicing function. You will also work closely with the Product and Operations teams to shape the future roadmap of Savvy's product and advisory services.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative support of Savvy wealth managers, providing exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Own best-in-class execution of all client tasks, requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve Savvy's internal procedures in pursuit of the best advisor and client experience.
  • Streamline new client prospecting, closing, and onboarding processes including meeting preparation, obtaining account and investment strategy documentation, and driving account creation and transfers.
  • Assist advisors by executing investment transactions and fulfilling account billing & performance reporting tasks.
  • Work closely with other professional advisors such as CPAs, estate planning attorneys, business managers, insurance agents, and more.
  • Create and maintain client data in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Ensure Savvy is adhering to all required compliance policies and procedures.
  • Protect clients by maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information.
Must Have
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a registered investment advisory firm and/or broker-dealer including experience interacting directly with clients AND advisors.
  • A high-energy, collaborative, and self-starter attitude; willing to roll up your sleeves and have an incredible ownership mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills in Google Suite applications--Word, Excel, and Powerpoint-- and familiarity with the MS Office equivalents.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies.
Nice to Have
  • Series 7 and 66 or Series 65 licenses.
  • BA/BS degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • Advanced degrees or designations such as CFP, CPA, CFA
  • Prior experience using Salesforce
  • Prior experience working with custodians such as Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or Pershing Advisor Services
