This role oversees a seven-figure annual investment across multiple lead-generation channels and goes beyond managing campaigns. It owns the company's traditional and digital lead generation strategy and is expected to continuously improve lead volume and marketing efficiency.

We believe there is always another opportunity to grow. If your approach to marketing is to continually challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and use data to uncover new sources of profitable growth, you'll thrive here.

  • Develop and execute direct-response marketing campaigns that generate qualified homeowner leads.

Manage and optimize the full marketing funnel from initial inquiry through appointment setting and sales conversion.

  • Improve cost-per-lead issued (CPLI), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and overall return on marketing investment.

Innovation and Growth

  • Continuously identify, evaluate, test, and scale new lead-generation channels.
  • Challenge existing assumptions and proactively uncover new opportunities.
  • Build a culture of experimentation through structured testing and measurement.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, platforms, and consumer trends.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Local Service Ads (LSAs)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • YouTube
  • Display and retargeting networks
  • Oversee SEO strategy and local search visibility.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve lead conversion rates.

Traditional & Local Marketing

  • Manage direct mail, print, repeat, referral and other traditional channels.
  • Support marketing for events, retail, neighborhood marketing and local partnerships.
  • Measure offline attribution and optimize investment.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing KPIs and present regular performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with ownership and sales leadership to align lead-generation goals.

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Oversee relationships with marketing agencies, designers, media vendors
  • Ensure all campaigns align with company objectives and brand standards.
  • Hold external agencies and vendors accountable for measurable results.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and direct-response marketing.

Experience managing multi-channel marketing budgets exceeding $1 million annually.

Demonstrated success managing paid digital advertising campaigns.

  • Experience building and optimizing lead-generation funnels.
  • Strong background in Google Ads, Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Service Titan, LeadPerfection, or similar CRMs.

Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, solar or residential services experience preferred.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will:

  • Increase qualified lead volume while improving marketing efficiency.
  • Successfully identify and test multiple new lead-generation opportunities.
  • Lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Build scalable marketing systems for long-term growth.
  • Deliver accurate attribution and executive reporting.
