Hours of work: Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.

The Senior Manager of Growth Operations serves as the operational backbone of InVita's sales and marketing engine, partnering across sales, marketing, and finance to deliver data-driven insights that accelerate growth and inform strategic decision-making.
This role leads the sales and marketing technology stack, data infrastructure, and process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, expand selling capacity, enhance marketing performance, and support private equity reporting requirements. By aligning cross-functional teams and leveraging analytics, the Senior Manager ensures visibility and scalability of bookings performance, and lead generation & nurturing.

The Senior Manager of Growth Operations values teamwork as a critical driver of success while remaining highly data-driven and comfortable operating independently-rolling up their sleeves to analyze, build, and optimize in a hands-on environment.
Essential Functions:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for InVita's sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, the InVita website, and related system integrations.
  • Own and govern lead, contact, and CRM data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility to support decision-making.
  • Define, track, and report key sales and marketing KPIs, including executive and private equity sponsor reporting.
  • Deliver lead generation, attribution, and funnel insights to support customer journey optimization and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer as a strategic partner across sales, marketing, and finance to drive alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize Salesforce architecture, workflows, and data hygiene to maximize sales productivity.
  • Support development of budgets, territory (whitespace) models, sales compensation plans, and demand generation analytics.
  • Analyze ROI of sales and marketing investments to inform growth strategy and resource allocation.
  • Provide ongoing analytical insights and reporting to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to reconcile, review, and analyze sales performance against quotas and plans.
  • Lead pipeline management reporting, including pipeline health, lead summaries, and monthly/quarterly performance metrics.
  • Analyze conversion across Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), Sales Accepted Leads (SAL), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to improve funnel performance.
  • Evaluate and measure marketing program and campaign effectiveness through lead generation analysis and attribution to growth outcomes.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce to automate sales workflows and back-office processes (e.g., quote-to-cash).
  • Leverage AI and automation capabilities to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Perform other related duties related to growth initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proven organizational and leadership skills.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience building and managing sales and marketing tech stacks in high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute against multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and finance.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales & marketing operations with strong analytical responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing, sales enablement, and automation platforms; and experience with AI tools.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree (BA/BS/MS) required.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated track record of initiative, ownership, and results.
