Requirements include that you are able to
  • Design seamless customer experiences
  • Take our vision, combine it with yours, and create beautiful, intuitive things
  • Work with a fast-paced team and roll with the punches
  • Work with tight timelines
  • Design for different user types
  • Contribute to non-design company needs
  • Be receptive to analytics and business decisions and iterate on your work accordingly

You are/have/know:
  • A strong, web-based portfolio
  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
  • A degree in Graphic Design or Interactive Design is preferred
  • Startup experience, a plus
  • Growth/Marketing experience, a plus
  • Fun-loving
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • NOT an asshole
