Performance Funnel Architect (AI-Driven)

Impact Scale is hiring a Performance Funnel Architect (AI-Driven)to design, build, and optimize the marketing funnels that power our paid traffic campaigns. This role works directly with media buyers, campaign engineers, and developers to launch and improve high-performing landing pages, lead forms, and conversion flows across multiple offers and verticals. We operate in a fast-paced performance marketing environment, so speed, experimentation, and data-driven decision making are essential. The right person for this role enjoys building funnels, testing new ideas quickly, and continuously improving conversion performance.


What You’ll Do

• Build and launch high-converting funnels including landing pages, lead forms, quizzes, and sales flows
• Design the full consumer journey and conversion path
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize based on engagement and conversion data
• Run structured A/B teststo improve CTR, CVR, CPL, and overall funnel performance
• Implement tracking including UTMs, pixels, server-side events, and postbacks
• Work closely with media buyers to support rapid testing and campaign scaling
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce clean, conversion-focused layouts
• Build interactive funnel components such as multi-step forms, quizzes, calculators, and dynamic content blocks
• Troubleshoot funnel issues and support quick iteration cycles when campaigns need adjustments
• Maintain organized documentation and structure for funnel builds across campaigns


What We’re Looking For

• Experience building high-converting funnels in a performance marketing environment
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)and consumer behavior
• Experience with funnel builders such as Webflow, WordPress, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with tracking and attribution systemslike Everflow, RedTrack, or similar tools
• Comfort using AI development tools such as Builder.io, Cursor, Lovable, or other AI-assisted tools
• Ability to build, test, and iterate quickly in a fast-moving campaign environment
