Job description

Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, DTC ECommerce

Full Time, Remote
$4,000 to $5,000 USD per month

Weโ€™re a fast growing DTC bourbon subscription brand looking for a highly execution focused CRO Specialist to own testing and optimization across our conversion funnel.

This is not a traditional design role. Weโ€™re looking for someone who can independently spot opportunities, build landing pages in Replo, launch experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve funnel performance through disciplined testing.

What Youโ€™ll Own

Youโ€™ll be responsible for conversion optimization across the full pre purchase funnel, including:

  • Landing pages

  • Homepage

  • Quiz flows

  • Product detail pages

  • Collection pages

  • Cart

  • Checkout

Youโ€™ll take ownership from strategy through execution, including hypothesis development, experiment setup, analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own conversion optimization across the full customer funnel

  • Design, build, and launch landing pages and test variants directly in Replo

  • Develop and prioritize an ongoing A/B testing roadmap

  • Analyze performance data using GA4, Triple Whale, Hotjar, and related tools

  • Define testing hypotheses, KPIs, sample sizes, and success criteria before launch

  • Document insights, wins, losses, and learnings to build a repeatable testing system

  • Optimize post purchase conversion opportunities including upsells, order bumps, and on site email capture

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing

  • Hands on experience building pages

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, MDE, and conversion analysis

  • Ability to independently manage testing from strategy through implementation

  • Experience working with DTC ecommerce brands

  • Familiarity with key ecommerce metrics including CAC, AOV, LTV, and CVR

  • Strong written English and ability to work asynchronously in a remote environment

Nice to Have
  • Subscription ecommerce experience

  • Experience with Recharge, Klaviyo, or Octane AI

  • Experience optimizing quiz funnels

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
  • 8 to 12 experiments launched and analyzed

  • 12 to 20 landing pages and iterations shipped

  • A documented testing backlog and learning system established

  • Measurable improvement in funnel conversion performance
