About the Opportunity

A well-established luxury home design showroom is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives in a client-facing sales environment and enjoys guiding homeowners and trade professionals through high-end remodeling and new construction projects.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential projects while building long-term relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners. The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with exceptional customer service and sales skills.

What Youll Do
  • Guide clients through all phases of kitchen and bath projects, from concept and space planning to product selection and project completion
  • Design cabinetry layouts and specifications using 20/20 design software
  • Assist customers with decorative plumbing, cabinetry, fixtures, and related product selections
  • Manage showroom traffic, trade accounts, and walk-in customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, and design professionals
  • Generate and manage project quotes, orders, and follow-up communication
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to client expectations
  • Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining healthy profit margins
  • Stay current on industry trends, materials, and product innovations
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of kitchen and bath cabinet design experience
  • Proficiency with 20/20 design software
  • Experience specifying decorative plumbing products
  • Strong project management and customer relationship skills
