Schedule: Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our growing team in Chicago. This position will play a key role in developing prototype designs for some of the hospitality industry's most recognized brands, including Hyatt, Wyndham, Holiday Inn, and Hilton. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with clients and leadership, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute prototype designs for hospitality and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership, brand representatives, and internal teams to ensure design standards and project objectives are met.
  • Create design concepts, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
  • Incorporate brand standards and client requirements into design solutions.
  • Assist with prototype development and refinement for national hospitality brands.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably within hospitality, commercial interiors, architecture, or prototype design.
  • Experience working with established brand standards and prototype-driven projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, brand representatives, and company leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
