Job description

Wrapture Graphics, a leading manufacturer of vehicle wraps and large format decals, seeks a highly detail-oriented Vehicle Wrap Designer to join our Baton Rouge facility. This full-time role balances graphic design and print production duties, requiring strong skills in Vehicle Wrap design, wide format printing, file preparation, and client consultations. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mac OSX and Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity, physically able to handle equipment & materials, and passionate about the vehicle wrap industry. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position offers growth opportunities to Senior Designer or Senior Production Technician roles.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute vehicle wrap designs through client consultations and scaled vehicle measurements
  • Prepare files and manage print operations including color calibration and material selection
  • Operate and maintain wide format printing equipment and manage printing supplies
  • Perform lamination and finishing of printed products to ensure quality output
  • Assist Senior Designer and Senior Production Technician with design and production tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle wrap design
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OSX
  • Experience in large format printing and file preparation
  • Knowledge of color calibration and vehicle measurement techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
