NOW HIRING: Lead Generation Specialist
Full-Time | Kansas City, MO | Base Salary + Commission amp; Bonuses | Thursday–Monday Schedule

Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable talking with customers? Do you enjoy building relationships and creating opportunities through face-to-face interaction?
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to represent our company inside local Lowes stores. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, support store relationships, promote generator solutions, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a retail environment, and wants the opportunity to earn performance-based income.
What You’ll Do
· Build strong relationships with Lowes store leadership and associates
· Engage customers and educate them on generator solutions
· Generate qualified leads for the sales team
· Conduct in-store product knowledge trainings and demonstrations
· Maintain displays and promotional materials
· Represent the company professionally within assigned stores
· Track activity and provide regular reporting from the field
Schedule
· Thursday–Monday
· Off Tuesday amp; Wednesday
· Weekend availability required
