What youll do

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Websites & Lead Generation - Americas is responsible for driving website performance, digital lead generation, and platform optimization across multiple countries throughout the Americas region. This role serves as the primary liaison between regional marketing teams and global digital organizations, ensuring local business requirements are represented while supporting the successful implementation of global digital strategies, platforms, and capabilities.

  • They will partner closely with brand, regional, and technical teams to optimize customer experiences, improve lead generation performance, and ensure website governance, compliance, and digital best practices are consistently executed across the region.
  • Act as the primary regional contact for global digital, web, and marketing technology teams as it relates to owned websites.
  • Lead regional adoption and implementation of new digital platforms, tools, and processes.
  • Develop and execute website strategies that support business growth, customer engagement, and lead generation objectives.
  • Partner with brand and content teams to improve website experiences through: Content strategy, User experience (UX) optimization, Customer journey mapping, Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Ensure websites are optimized for search visibility through SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices.
  • Lead development and optimization of lead generation programs across multiple brands and countries.
  • Coordinate efforts between local marketing teams and technical experts to deliver effective demand generation initiatives.
  • Monitor lead acquisition, conversion performance, and marketing funnel effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper integration between website, paid media, and organic marketing efforts.
  • Conversion tracking and tagging

Web Platform & Marketing Technology Management

  • Serve as regional owner and administrator for web analytics and digital measurement platforms, including: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Oversee implementation and governance of tracking pixels, tags, and measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with technical teams to resolve website issues, implement enhancements, and maintain platform stability.
  • Support CRM integration and management initiatives, including lead flow and data quality processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams on PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) initiatives.
  • Serve as the business lead for digital performance measurement across websites and lead generation programs.
  • Monitor KPIs including: Traffic growth, Conversion rates, Lead volume and quality, Engagement metrics, Attribution performance

Site Security, Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure websites meet organizational and regulatory requirements related to: Privacy and data protection, Accessibility standards, Security protocols, Compliance and risk management
