Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
A local RV park in Estacada, OR is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Property Overseer/Groundskeeper to help maintain the property and provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on groundskeeping, cleaning, general property upkeep, and overseeing day-to-day conditions throughout the park.
Job Description
The Property Overseer/Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the RV park. This position will spend most of the workday performing groundskeeping, cleaning common facilities, monitoring the property, and completing basic maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys being active and outdoors, and takes pride in keeping a property well maintained.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine groundskeeping and general property upkeep.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and other common areas.
  • Remove trash and keep outdoor areas clean and organized.
  • Complete basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
