Qualifications:
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Grinder; both manually and CNC operated. Hold tight tolerances and surface finishes to produce quality parts.
Basic reading and understanding of blueprints
Use micrometers and indicators
Measure an increment as small as 0.0001 (1/10,000)
Identify abnormalities in machining process (i.e., tool wear, surface finish, foreign object debris)
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Standing for long periods of time

Comments/Special Instructions
Temp to perm if candidate has good attendance and shows initiative and motivation
This is industrial type grinding not hand held grinding
training will be on 1st shift (630a-3p) for some time until person as picked up the work and processes
