This role serves as a senior frontofhouse resource, leading customer interactions, order intake, and prepress operations while coordinating complex and outsourced print projects from concept through production. The Senior Print Solutions Coordinator works closely with customers to understand project requirements, ensures files are properly prepared and preflighted, and manages timelines, vendor coordination, and job progress to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
This position plays a key role in bridging customers, internal teams, and external partners-ensuring clear communication, accurate job specifications, and a smooth transition from initial request through final production.

Summary

The Senior Print Solutions Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing advanced print and or mail projects while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.

Job Description

Manage and maintain overall customer relations through project accuracy, communication, and service for all printing projects. Responsible for Coordinate advanced print and or mailing projects from start to finish with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for handling complex print and or mail requisitions, ensuring proper documentation, and overseeing communication with vendors and internal teams. Assist with resolving project challenges, provide guidance to junior team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Duties may include providing internal customer service, preparing quotes, outsourcing projects to external vendors, tracking and reporting on project progress, pre-press file preparation, color management, proofing, quality control of print files, and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required, preferably in Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum of three years applicable experience.
