Position Overview:
The graphic designer I will explore and conceptualize design and creative solutions for brand-led transformation. You will play a key role in ideating, collaborating, and developing innovative brand ideas across multiple applications such as digital, print, packaging, and brand identity as well as guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of creative output. This role has an opportunity to help shape the growing and evolving creative team within Trilliant and support driving creative excellence across our owned brands as well as private label brand partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Drive compelling visual solutions that bring the brand narrative to life
• Partner and interact with internal teams to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging and visual communication
• Develop and lead creative brainstorm sessions, creative reviews and brand transformation timelines
• Develop innovative design concepts, including branding, packaging, digital and print
• Support the Director of Creative through corporate identity brand expression needs such as: website, internal communications, site experience, organization enablement, talent acquisition collateral, cross-collaborative process development and brand design system that drives Trilliant to be an employer and partner of choice
• Draw or represent design thinking using traditional design to integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, type and composition into deliverables
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new design techniques and technologies into your work and help elevate efficiencies, processes and output across the creative team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercialization, e-commerce, sales, marketing and HR to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions - and at times partner with external agency partners
• Support the Sr. Designer in packaging structure execution such as mockups, renders, customer meeting preparation, in-store experience buildouts and more
• Draft creative briefs and mood-board development in support of the Director of Creative for external agency partners
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications
• 2-3 years of design experience is required
• Knowledge in product photography is a plus
• Knowledge in graphic production process is a plus
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Impressive portfolio, demonstrating recent work
• Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
• Ability to effectively problem-solve, research and analyze information
• A continuously curious mind, with eagerness to always progress, challenge and innovate
Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute, WI facility.
Physical and Mental Demands:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
