MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer located in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is a (Technology/Financial Services) industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. Summary
The Graphic Designer, reporting to the Assistant Director of Production and Creative Services, creates visually compelling designs that support brand standards and bring concepts to life across digital and print media. This role develops creative solutions from concept through final production, collaborating with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to deliver high-quality materials that communicate clearly, engage audiences, and meet project objectives.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

·        Create on-brand visual materials that support organizational messaging and project objectives under the guidance of the Assistant Director.

·        Design and produce graphics across print, digital, social, web, and presentation formats.

·        Contribute ideas, mood boards, and visual directions during concept development, aligning creative approaches with direction from the Assistant Director.

·        Execute design solutions while following established brand standards, workflows, and compliance requirements.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including marketing, communications, and creative teams—to deliver clear, high-quality visual assets.

·        Manage assigned projects from initial design through final production, keeping the Assistant Director informed of progress, timelines, and resource needs.

·         Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy for both print and digital outputs.

·        Apply consistent quality-control checks to maintain brand accuracy, visual consistency, and technical precision.

·        Maintain current proficiency in design software, tools, and production methods.

·        Support multimedia and environmental design tasks as needed, such as simple motion graphics, video asset preparation, or display layouts.

·        Assist in organizing and maintaining design files, asset libraries, and project archives.

·        Identify opportunities to improve workflows, file organization, and production processes, sharing recommendations with the Assistant Director.

·        Communicate clearly with teammates and stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver effective design solutions.

·        Support the Assistant Director and team members on larger or more complex creative initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
Three to five years of years of experience in graphic or visual design within an in-house, agency, or corporate environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage low- to mid-complexity assignments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in layout, typography, branding, and multi-channel design across print and digital media.

·        Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Cvent

  • Ability to interpret creative direction and feedback from the Assistant Director and translate it into effective design solutions.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Can comfortably and confidently present to clients and collaborate with vendors effectively
  • Working knowledge of preparing production-ready files for print, digital, and multimedia outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Openness to learning new tools and techniques, staying current with design trends and best practices.
  • Experience with basic motion graphics, environmental/display design and video asset preparation is a plus.
  • Ability to problem-solve creatively and take initiative while knowing when to seek guidance from the Assistant Director.
  • Experience working with external vendors or production teams.
