Job description

Location: Kendallville, IN
Pay: $25.70/hr + $1.65/hr shift premium
Schedule: 12hour shifts (6:30-6:30), 322 rotation, evenings & weekends required

What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you'll run equipment that converts paperboard into consumer packaging. You'll ensure quality, safety, and smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set up, operate, and adjust printing and gluing equipment
  • Load materials and monitor production flow
  • Inspect product for quality (color, clarity, accuracy)
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning
  • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes (training provided)
  • Complete computer data entry for orders and production tracking
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area on the production floor

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and work 12hour shifts
  • Comfortable working with tools and machinery
  • Willing and able to work overtime, nights, and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
