Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $18.30/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $19.30/hr
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $19.30/hr

Job Description:
We are currently hiring Packaging/Bagging Associates for a manufacturing facility in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in machine operation, assembly, or manufacturing. This is a production-focused position that requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Package and bag finished products according to company specifications.
  • Operate basic production and packaging equipment.
  • Inspect products for quality and proper packaging.
  • Assemble products or components as needed.
  • Keep production areas clean and organized.
  • Follow production, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Meet daily production goals.
  • Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in machine operation, assembly, or manufacturing is required.
