Job Summary:


This role partners closely with the Studio’s cross-functional team and reports to the Design Director, overseeing all aspects of graphic design—from branding and brand identity development to production art, ideation, concept creation, and final design execution. The Graphic Design Manager ensures that all creative work aligns with brand standards, client objectives, and business goals while delivering high-quality, impactful visual solutions. The Graphic Design Manager brings a strategic mindset, leveraging insights and identifying patterns to make informed decisions, adapt to evolving priorities, and drive consistency and innovation while maintaining a focus on long-term objectives.


Job Description:

  • Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to the design brief.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development processes for various design projects.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and fresh ideas that push creative boundaries.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients and Studio to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align brand strategy with design initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of brand identity elements, such as logos, color schemes, and typography.
  • Guide the production of artwork and designs, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with the production team to resolve any design-related issues that arise during the production process.
  • Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising quality.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and projects.
