You will likely be assigned to real business projects, participate in team meetings, and contribute to ongoing initiatives under the guidance of experienced mentors. This exposure helps you develop a broad understanding of the organization, build professional networks, and identify areas where you may wish to specialize as your career progresses.

What is a Graduate Trainee Program?

A Graduate Trainee Program is a structured training initiative offered by organizations to recent university graduates. These programs typically last between 12 to 24 months and provide participants with practical work experience, mentorship, and rotational assignments across different departments. The goal is to help graduates develop professional skills, gain industry knowledge, and prepare for future leadership roles within the company. Graduate trainees often receive on-the-job training, attend workshops, and may have opportunities for permanent employment upon successful completion of the program.
