What is a graduate temp?

Graduate Temp jobs are temporary positions specifically designed for recent graduates. These roles offer short-term work experience, often in a variety of industries, and typically last from a few weeks to several months. They provide graduates with an opportunity to build professional skills, expand their network, and gain insight into different career paths before committing to a permanent role. Graduate Temp jobs can sometimes lead to permanent employment if both the employer and employee are a good fit.

What kinds of projects or tasks can a graduate temp expect to work on, and how are assignments typically structured?

As a Graduate Temp, you can expect to be involved in a variety of short-term projects or tasks that align with your field of study or the immediate needs of the organization. Assignments often range from supporting ongoing projects, conducting research, data analysis, administrative assistance, or contributing to team initiatives.
