We are seeking aGeotechnical Program Manager to join our team inMentor, OH, but can be located in any Northeast Ohio office.

As part of the growing Geotechnical team, you will provide valuable insight into the daily leadership and operations of construction and engineering. Are you ready to make a lasting impact on society and the environment? Verdantas is seeking a driven Geotechnical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to help build the next great environmental, energy, water, and civil infrastructure consulting firm-while working on high-profile projects that matter to our clients and communities.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage geotechnical program plans, including defining scope,objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple geotechnical projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to align and integrate project activities.
• Monitor program progress and performance,identifyingand addressing risks and technical challenges.
• Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company QA/QC protocols, policies, and industry standards.
• Facilitate program meetings, technical reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage program resources including staff, budgets, and field/lab operations.
• Conduct program evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead geotechnical investigations, engineering analysis, and client-facing technical solutions.
• Drive business development, including client relationships andpursuitsupport.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering (graduate degree preferred).
• 15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and diverse technical expertise.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
• US citizenship or permanent residency.

Salary Range:

The minimum salary for this position is $135,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final offer depends on location, skills, and certifications. Verdantas provides a comprehensive benefits package and rewards exceptional performance while ensuring fair compensation across roles.
