TheLibraryAssistant is a staff member at Richmont Graduate University and serves faculty and students throughsupporting the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta Library. TheLibraryAssistantserves on campus at the Atlanta location.

Responsibilities:

Assistsin the day-to-day maintenance of the Atlanta Library through cataloging, curating, weeding, organizing, loaning, and re-shelving of local resources. Keeps collections and physical spaces tidy and well-organized.

Provides excellentservice to both students and faculty. Offersreader'sadvisory services as needed.

Performscollectionsevaluation as needed. Compiles bibliographies and provides researchassistanceto Richmont students, faculty, and administrators.

Supports interlibrary loan services, requesting items through the OCLCWorldShareplatformand delivering them to students in a prompt and cheerful manner.

Creates andmaintainslibrary guides throughLibGuides.Assiststhe librarian in the creationof course guides at the start of each semester.

Supervise the Graduate Assistant to ensuresregular library desk coverage.
