Job description
- Answers incoming calls to Henegar Counseling Center at Richmont Graduate University (HCC)
- Directs calls appropriately
- Schedules current client with appropriate clinician
- Refers new clients to intake coordinator
- Assist with calling previous clients to update financial information or to obtain missing information
- Knowledgeable about counseling center protocols and able to answer client questions in a timely manner
- Assists with checking clients in for counselingsessions
- Run payment as necessary
- Verifies insurance eligibility with insurance companies as needed
