What you'll do
  • Source and engage passive technical talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, etc.)
  • Design top-of-the-funnel strategy along with recruiters and hiring managers, serving as the subject matter expert on creative sourcing techniques
  • Identify and attract candidates with diverse backgrounds at the top-of-the-funnel
  • Move candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparency
  • Effectively pitch candidates on Secureframe through specific, tailored, and creative messaging
  • Assist with sending out offers and closing candidates
Who we're looking for
  • 1+ years of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination, preferably in a high growth environment
  • Exceptional and out of the box sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and build a consistent pipeline within an engineering organization
  • Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
$120,000 - $200,000 a year
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
