  • Serve as the primary driver of resolution for operational bottlenecks, project risks, and cross-team conflicts using structured, analytical problem-solving methods

  • Leverage AI-driven productivity platforms and advanced collaboration tools to automate routine PMO tasks, optimize resource allocation, and foster scalable, transparent workflows

  • Influence and align diverse departmental teams—including Sales Channels, Product, Billing, and Customer Support—to drive consensus and maintain program momentum without direct authority

  • Critical experience leading large-scale, cross-functional program portfolios with business and technical stakeholders in fast-paced operational environments

  • Exceptional ability to navigate highly ambiguous situations and bring a calm, structured, and analytical approach to resolving project blockers

  • Superior communication and relationship-building skills to persuade, align, and build trust across all organizational levels, including executive leadership

  • AI literacy and application skills, specifically the ability to integrate generative AI and modern productivity tools to enhance workflow efficiency and data-driven decision-making

  • Strong proficiency in modern collaboration and project management frameworks utilizing enterprise-grade tracking platforms

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in operations, sales, marketing, or a technology-driven environment.

  • Required Technical Skills:
