HR & Operations Intern
Role Overview
Internet Soft is looking for a versatile HR & Operations Intern to join our core team. This is a high-impact role designed for a career-driven individual. You will not only manage the recruitment pipeline but also support the daily operational heartbeat of the company. This is a "Path to Hire" role: Candidates who demonstrate excellence during the 3-6 month internship will be prioritized for a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (50%)
  • Sourcing: Proactively find technical and non-technical talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to vet candidates for culture fit and basic requirements.
  • Coordination: Manage the interview calendar between candidates and the leadership team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized tracker of all active candidates and their status.

2. Business Operations (50%)
  • Process Documentation: Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for team efficiency.
  • Data Management: Organize company assets, project folders, and employee records in Google Drive.
