About the Role

The Wild Collective is seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Business Operations Intern to join our team for the fall semester.

This hands-on internship is ideal for a college student interested in learning how a growing company operates behind the scenes while gaining exposure to executive operations, marketing, product development, and logistics.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. No two days will look exactly the same. The intern will help keep our office organized and running smoothly, support company leadership, and collaborate with multiple teams on daily priorities and special projects.

Responsibilities
  • Help manage the day-to-day office environment and ensure the workspace remains organized, tidy, stocked, and welcoming
  • Assist with general office management, maintenance, organization, and operational needs
  • Support the CEO and COO with daily tasks, scheduling needs, errands, research, and special projects
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries
  • Coordinate outgoing packages, shipments, returns, and courier pickups
  • Maintain accurate records for important incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Work alongside the marketing team on campaign preparation, content needs, product launches, research, organization, and other initiatives
  • Collaborate with the product development team and gain exposure to the process of bringing new products and ideas to life
  • Organize product samples, inventory, supplies, and company materials
  • Assist with preparing for meetings, team events, photoshoots, presentations, launches, and other company activities
  • Help maintain internal documents, shared spaces, supplies, and project materials
  • Assist with basic inventory tracking and notify the appropriate team members when supplies need to be reordered
  • Take ownership of miscellaneous projects and operational needs as they arise
  • Identify opportunities to improve office organization and day-to-day efficiency

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program
