  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, business problems, and KPIs, translating those inputs into useful dashboards, reports, or AI-supported solutions.
  • Use business analytics and KPIs to identify operational issues, trends, and operational excellence opportunities; follow through with diligence to ensure stakeholders are using metrics and KPIs to make operational and procedural change decisions.
  • Help stakeholders use data to determine what operational actions or procedural changes should happen next.
  • Support data governance by maintaining trusted data sources, enforcing report standards, reducing duplication, and supporting consistent KPI definitions across the organization.
  • Incorporate AI where possible to improve reporting, data analysis, summaries, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for reports, dashboards, and AI-supported workflows.
  • Partner with MIS, PMO and business departments to support digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives

    Do You have?

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work with stakeholders after delivery to understand report usage, business impact, and improvement opportunities.
    • Ability to question requests, identify existing solutions, and avoid unnecessary duplicate reports.
    • Interest or experience using AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, documentation, or workflow efficiency.
