Job description

The Hurtt Fathers Advocate Corporation (HFAC) is a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening families and creating opportunities for youth and young adults.

We are building an innovative pre-apprenticeship and workforce readiness program, developed in partnership with a leading university, to prepare youth and young adults for careers in the skilled trades and other high-demand industries. Our organization also provides mentorship, family support, and community-based programs that help families build brighter futures.

We’re seeking a Volunteer Google Ad Grants Specialist to help us maximize the impact of our Google Ad Grant. Your expertise will help us increase awareness of our programs, recruit volunteers, attract donors, and connect more families with the resources they need.

Responsibilities

Set up and optimize Google Ad Grant campaigns.

Conduct keyword research and create effective search ads.

Improve click-through rates and conversions.

Ensure compliance with Google Ad Grant policies.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend ongoing improvements.

Help develop a digital strategy that increases program participation, volunteer recruitment, and online donations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing Google Ads or Google Ad Grants.

Google Ads Certification is a plus but not required.

Knowledge of keyword research, SEO, and conversion tracking.
