Essential Job Duties:

  • Performs or assists with the patients' activities of daily living.

  • Assists the healthcare team by collecting, reporting, documenting ,and delivering care to support high quality and safe outcomes.

  • Maintains high satisfaction levels by providing care with consideration of the individual needs of the patient/family and their age-specific/developmental needs.

  • Contributes to a high performance work environment by maintaining specific knowledge and skills needed to perform tasks according to policy and procedure at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Secondary Job Duties:

Education -- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience -- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Reports to:  A Registered Nurse and is accountable to the Nurse Manager
