What are some expectations for this role?

Get out of the office daily with regular travel throughout the Greater Columbus market for HR consultations!

  • This position is responsible for multiple clients across a variety of industries throughout the Columbus market
  • Provide professional human resources services in a consultative role to clients via phone, email, and on site
  • Develop a variety of HR deliverables for clients such as handbooks, job descriptions, surveys, etc.
  • Design and conduct HR trainings/workshops for managers and/or their employees
  • Research and provide recent updates and revisions to Federal, State, and Local laws
  • Serve as the first point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries
  • Above all, provide first class customer service for our clientele to foster and maintain the client relationship!

What are the qualifications for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; PHR or SHRM certification is a plus
  • 2-4 years experience in customer service required; 2-3 years HR experience preferred
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable presenting in front of large groups
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
  • Valid driver's license required; regular daily travel throughout Columbus
