Two-Year Rotational Development Program About the Program

Witte Brothers Exchange is developing the next generation of logistics leaders and is seeking motivated, curious college graduates to join our two-year Logistics & Supply Chain Management Training Program.

This paid, full-time rotational program provides real responsibility, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry leaders. Participants rotate through key areas of the organization to build a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and graduate the program prepared for a long-term leadership role at Witte Brothers.

Program Structure

Participants rotate through multiple departments to gain a comprehensive view of logistics and transportation operations, including:

  • Driver Support and Transportation Management
  • Safety and DOT Compliance
  • Warehouse Operations and Management Systems
  • Truck Service Center Operations and Equipment Management
  • Witte Truck Driving School
  • One-on-one experience with a Witte Driver Trainer
  • Exposure to Sales, Accounting, Recruiting, and Leadership

Each rotation includes hands-on work, real projects, and coaching.
