About the Team and the Role
The Risk Management team partners across the organization to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks while safeguarding the company's assets through effective insurance and risk management programs. As a Risk & Insurance Analyst, you will examine risk data and manage insurance programs and claims!
You will also support enterprise risk initiatives and help improve the organization's risk framework. You will team up with cross-functional partners and external interested parties to encourage a proactive risk culture. You will use data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-powered solutions to improve risk identification, reporting, and decision-making.
What You Will Accomplish
  • Support the organization's program for managing organizational risks by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating financial, operational, regulatory, reputational, and emerging risks.
  • Analyze risk data to identify trends, develop reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Assist in the administration of the company's corporate insurance portfolio, including policy renewals, claims management, and broker relationships.
  • Review contracts, business initiatives, and operational activities to identify potential risk exposures and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Help maintain compliance with regulatory, audit, governance, and internal policy requirements.
  • Apply data examination, business insights, and AI-enabled tools to improve risk identification, trend analysis, document review, reporting, and decision support.
  • Partner with internal collaborators and external vendors to strengthen enterprise risk and insurance programs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes, reporting capabilities, and organizational risk awareness.

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Insurance, Risk Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in risk management, insurance, claims, finance, internal audit, compliance, or a related analytical function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the capacity to interpret data and convert findings into meaningful recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing complex data and preparing reports for business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and corporate insurance programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements related to risk management.
  • Experience using data examination, business insight, or AI-enabled tools to support business decision-making is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$83,500 - $95,600
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
