  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve critical project dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing robust mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance to achieve ambitious project milestones.

Change & Adoption Management:

  • Design and lead comprehensive change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption and sustained impact of new HCM solutions across diverse employee populations.
  • Champion effective communication plans, articulating change impacts, benefits, and the evolving capabilities of new tools (e.g., AI chatbot) to all stakeholder groups.
  • Continuously monitor adoption rates, gather user feedback, and iterate on change strategies to maximize employee engagement and satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, influential relationships with senior leaders, business partners, and key stakeholders across HCM and the broader firm.
  • Communicate project status, strategic insights, and critical decisions with clarity, precision, and transparency, fostering trust and securing executive buy-in.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Resource Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, developing and implementing proactive strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project resilience.
  • Strategically allocate and optimize project resources (human, financial, technological) to ensure efficient delivery and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor resource utilization and performance, making data-driven adjustments to maintain optimal project velocity and achieve desired outcomes.

Quality & Performance Oversight:

  • Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards for all project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights into project health, outcomes, and the quantifiable benefits delivered.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and outcomes, leveraging lessons learned for future initiatives.

Qualifications:
