Job description

To coordinate the tactical aspects of Global Project Services installations while assisting in the positioning of our value added project coordination services to end users and resellers.
  • Coordinate with Siemon Certified Installers via implementation of quotes for Siemon GPS managed installations, managing the bid process, and ensuring that approved quotes are deployed exceeding clients scope of work expectations.
  • Effectively maintain and update a project-tracking database following the processes outlined in the GPS Procedure Manual.
  • Coordinate resource management, both internal and external, for clients on global project roll outs.
  • Provide continual assistance for all direct projects throughout the project life cycle.
  • Actively maintain effective communication with members of Sales, Program Support Services, Customer Service, Technical Support and other key units within the company to obtain proper assistance on projects.
  • Gain an understanding of the GPS value added services and promote those services as applicable to Clients. Continuously train to understand how to position GPS value added services to your customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience focused on customer service
  • A Proven track record effectively coordinating multiple projects in a change oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
  • Ability to effectively deal with customer problems and concerns as they develop
  • Strong interpersonal, interaction and teamwork skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate user of Excel and Word

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associates Degree
  • Knowledge of Siemon Cabling System products and programs
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working for a low voltage installation company in operations,estimating, or project management.
