Job Summary:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is a Professional Services firm that delivers comprehensive business solutions worldwide. They are seeking a Global Project Manager to oversee various global ADP HCM projects, including a global WFM implementation and other small ADP-related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Provide client-side project management services to support ADP client's global initiatives, including but not limited to a migration from eTime to Global WFM
• Drive proactive communication across project stakeholders and global organization
• Collaborate with ADP team to ensure client deliverables are aligned with vendor requirements
• Make recommendations around staffing needs, risks and solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget results
Qualifications:
Required:
• Expert in global project management
• Experience working with ADP Global teams
• Working knowledge of ADP project methodologies and requirements
Preferred:
• Experience with eTime to WFM migrations and/or global WFM implementation
