Job description

We are seeking Lab Project Services Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.

Job Summary:
Support the Project Manager and broader project team by coordinating routine laboratory project activities across the full study lifecycle, from start-up through close-out. Help ensure study deliverables are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with standard operating procedures, protocol requirements, and customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support study start-up activities by preparing meeting minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
  • Coordinate routine study tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, kit shipments, and day-to-day study monitoring
  • Use status reports, monitoring tools, and study outputs to identify trends and provide feedback on site and service performance
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve protocol questions, queries, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
  • Lead customer communications and support project-related activities when the Project Manager is unavailable
  • Assist with project close-out activities and help ensure study documentation and deliverables are completed appropriately
  • Participate in meetings, audits, inspections, and study training activities with sites, CRAs, and customers
What We Are Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field preferred
  • 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred)
  • Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications
  • Ability to use monitoring tools, status reports, and study outputs to support study performance tracking and issue resolution
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a good command of English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers, and study stakeholders

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $44,500.00 - $92,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
