Working closely with teams across Sales, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, and IT, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize pricing decisions, strengthen market competitiveness, and enhance customer value. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies across the Americas by evaluating market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business objectives to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead pricing initiatives, including price modeling, margin analysis, and business case development, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align on pricing decisions.
  • Provide strategic oversight of pricing programs and customer funding initiatives, ensuring effective governance, policy compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Deliver advanced pricing analytics and recommendations, including price impact assessments, profitability analysis, and customer-specific pricing support that enable informed business decisions.
  • Manage pricing communications and tools, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective delivery of pricing information to internal teams and channel partners.
  • Oversee pricing governance, processes, and systems to maintain data integrity, operational excellence, and alignment with global pricing policies.
  • Lead and develop pricing talent and capabilities by fostering collaboration, building scalable analytical tools, and driving continuous improvement across the pricing function.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
