Job description

Robert Half is seeking a Global Pricing Manager to lead the development of a scalable pricing operations framework for our client in South Jersey. This role will shape how pricing data, governance, and workflows are structured across the business while partnering with various teams. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, systems expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to automation and analytics in support of enterprise growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and optimization of global pricing workflows to improve consistency, speed, and control across the organization.
  • Analyze current pricing-related processes across commercial and operational teams, document decision paths, and identify opportunities for standardization.
  • Establish and maintain centralized pricing data structures and connected business processes that support accurate, enterprise-wide decision-making.
  • Develop and expand automation solutions, including AI-enabled workflows, to streamline pricing operations at scale.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align pricing systems and procedures with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Integrate newly acquired businesses into the company’s pricing environment by evaluating existing practices and transitioning them into standardized models.
  • Monitor pricing process performance and recommend enhancements based on data insights, system capabilities, and organizational growth priorities.

The ideal Global Pricing Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. CPA or MBA preferred.


Other requirements for the Global Pricing Manager role include and are not limited to:

  • 7+ years’ experience with Pricing strategy 
  • Manufacturing & distribution industry experience
  • Strong data and analytics proficiency, including business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with AI and automation platforms 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
