Sr. Global Price Manager

 

Job Title: Senior Global Pricing Manager
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth  

seeking a Global Pricing Manager to lead and execute global pricing strategy for a high-impact, cross-functional environment. This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving pricing accuracy, margin performance, and commercial alignment across the business.

This individual will oversee end-to-end pricing operations, lead a team of pricing professionals, and partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Digitalization to ensure pricing decisions are data-driven, competitive, and executable. This role also serves as the escalation point for pricing and billing issues, ensuring governance and client confidence.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of global pricing strategies to support revenue growth and protect margin (EBITA focus required)
  • Oversee pricing models (labor, food, and cost structures), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
  • Manage preparation of P&Ls and pricing proposals for RFQs/RFPs in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Operations
  • Ensure contract compliance and pricing governance through audits, pricing reviews, and Master Price List oversight
  • Act as escalation point for pricing disputes and billing discrepancies, resolving issues cross-functionally
  • Lead cost analysis and profitability reviews to identify margin improvement opportunities and cost drivers
  • Partner with IT and Digitalization teams to enhance pricing tools, systems, and reporting capabilities
  • Present pricing strategies and financial insights to senior leadership (Directors, VPs, SVPs) and support client-facing presentations, including menu pricing justifications
  • Lead and develop a team of 2 Pricing Managers (overseeing teams of 4–7+), including analysts and cost specialists
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and scalability across pricing operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or analytical roles
  • Strong background in costing, pricing, and EBITA performance
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex pricing processes
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; SAP or ERP experience preferred
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and IT
  • Experience in food production, logistics, or airline catering is a plus
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage confidential information

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Location: Hybrid (Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote)
