The Director of Pricing is responsible for managing all aspects of our pricing strategy including, road map, development, implementation and reporting with a focus on maximizing price and margin opportunities. The Director of Pricing will partner with various teams across the organization including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to ensure the execution of our pricing strategy. The right candidate is a change agent with the ability to drive success - from idealization to execution. As the leader, you are expected to set the tone and standards for how the group executes and manages the strategic direction and day to day applications of our pricing strategy. 

You Will 

  • Lead pricing strategy and operations, while act as a link between leadership and the sales team who execute pricing movements.  
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of our pricing strategy. 
  • Prioritize pricing activities across the organization. 
  • Provide strategic analysis and gross margin forecasting by Country and service  segments. 
  • Createand manage competitive pricing analyses. 
  • Monitor current market conditions to seek opportunities to maximize margins and minimize risks. 
  • Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, marginopportunities, and communicate to management as necessary. 
  • Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks 
  • Proven ability to develop and articulate impactful pricing analyses, with the aim of driving profit improvement 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in statistics, data science, finance, accounting, business, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Over 5 years of experience in a Pricing leadership role with cross functional experience, including sales, marketing and operations. 
  • Strong work ethic with great attention to detail. 
  • Willingness to learn, listen and teach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
