The Team
Insight Global’s Auto Onboarding team is responsible for reviewing and processing applications across auto loan products. As origination volume continues to grow, the team plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive timely, accurate decisions while maintaining compliance with operational policies and procedures.
As an Operations Associate at Insight Global, you will review and process applications that require manual evaluation beyond instant AI approvals. You’ll verify customer documentation, support application processing activities, and help customers move efficiently through the lending process while adhering to established operational guidelines and quality standards. You’ll also collaborate closely with teammates and managers as you build expertise across Insight Global’s auto lending products and workflows.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Review and process auto lending applications accurately and efficiently while following established operational policies and procedures
- Verify customer income, insurance documentation, payoff quotes, and other application materials required to support lending decisions
- Manage assigned application queues and complete work within productivity, quality, and schedule adherence expectations
- Escalate discrepancies, missing information, or processing issues to appropriate partners and managers when needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders to support the application review process
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing feedback, participating in training, and supporting operational consistency across the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to meet productivity and quality performance metrics in a high-volume operational environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, triage requests, and resolve escalations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills when supporting customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in onboarding, loan processing, or financial operations
- Knowledge of auto lending operations, including indirect auto lending or secured lending products
- Experience reviewing customer applications and documentation while adhering to established policies and procedures
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements that enhance customer experience or team effectiveness
- Skills in analyzing application data, documents, and workflows to detect abnormalities or process gaps
Pay Rate: $22.12 per hour + $24.12 per hour on the weekends
Contract Duration: 6-month contract with extensions (up to 18 months)
Available Shifts: Sun-Thurs and Tues-Saturday 11:30am-8pm
