Compensation Salary Range: $21.33 - $26.66* per hour. Compensation may vary by geographic location, market, experience, and qualifications of the successful candidate. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job‐related factors. Role Overview Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment. Responsibilities Process inbound merchandise and ensure proper placement and presentation on the selling floor. Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation. Participate in other store projects such as floor recovery and supply replenishment. Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders. Provide excellent customer service and address customers' needs quickly. Carry out ad‐hoc responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts. Maintain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with visual standards. Computer skills and ability to use RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Excel/Word and proprietary platforms. Work a flexible schedule following business needs and follow through on assigned tasks. Drive a company vehicle as needed in accordance with state driver's license standards (select doors only).
