What is the opportunity?

Join the Global Content Marketing Team within our Global Asset Management (GAM) business, where you will play an integral role in the origination, production, distribution and measurement of investment marketing content across diverse media platforms. As a Manager for Content Marketing, you will be responsible for partnering with internal teams to generate and refresh content for the US market, and lead the global team's use of AI to demonstrate meaningful gains.

What will you do?

  • Partner with Investment, Distribution, and Marketing teams to generate high impact thought leadership across media channels (print, digital, video), ensuring alignment with commercial goals and client needs, with a particular focus on intermediary audiences
  • Leverage and adapt content from other offices
  • Refresh and update existing evergreen materials, such as webpages and whitepapers
  • Support and where appropriate take accountability for editorial calendars, timely delivery, impact measurement and stakeholder engagement
  • Relay key messaging from Investment and Distribution stakeholders to articulate client needs, key messages and client call to action ahead of content production, ensuring these messages are clearly reflected in content output
  • With a particular focus on using AI tools, leverage insights across different media types, geographies and distribution opportunities, working closely with global content teams to ensure swift leverage of content across regions
  • Partner with Digital and Marketing teams to analyze content performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for improvement, such as campaign success or A/B testing results
  • Using AI, pilot new content formats, technologies, and distribution tactics to stay ahead of industry trends

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 3+ years' experience in creating marketing content. Strong decision-making ability, and confidence to challenge/influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging and visually compelling content for institutional and intermediary audiences
  • Prolific output capacity, problem-solving agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work independently with high level guidance
  • Experience of deploying AI tools for content optimization and a growth mindset for testing emerging trends, and the ability to consider new ideas or alternatives to processes and content creation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in creating investment insights within content for asset management and knowledge of investment markets
  • A good understanding of regulatory and compliance framework in the US, with other geographies

The expected salary range for this particular position is $77,000-$143,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
