  • Lead the delivery of thousands of content production projects annually across web, CRM, Veeva, print, localization, modular content, and omnichannel production services.
  • Ensure efficient, compliant, and highโ€‘quality content delivery through standardized workflows, resource planning, and production controls.
  • Drive operational consistency across regions, brands, and partners to improve speed, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to production speed, quality, compliance, cost, content reuse, capacity utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Partner, Vendor & Financial Management
  • Oversee a global ecosystem of production agencies, creative partners, localization providers, and content operations vendors supporting content delivery at scale.
  • Manage production budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure costโ€‘effective and efficient operations.
  • Establish vendor performance frameworks and governance processes to ensure partners meet quality, service, and business expectations.
  • Optimize external spend and partner performance while improving scalability and service delivery.
Automation, AI & Capability Evolution
  • Partner with Content Transformation and Technology teams to operationalize new production capabilities, workflows, and platforms.
  • Drive adoption of automation, modular content, and AIโ€‘enabled production solutions that improve productivity, quality, speed, and scalability.
  • Serve as a key business advocate for production technologies, helping maximize value realization from content supply chain and AIโ€‘enabled production platforms.
  • Identify and scale GenAI and automation use cases that increase content throughput, improve content reuse, and support business growth without proportional increases in cost or resources.
