Milwaukee Valve Company is looking for a 1st Shift Foundry Relief Coordinator to join our Prairie Du Sac, WI team in Department 500. This is a non-exempt position. Hours for this position will be from 5:30 am - 2:00 pm. The starting wage for this position is $28.26 per hour. Established in 1901, Milwaukee Valve manufactures valves for a variety of industries including Industrial, Commercial, Fire Protection, Marine and the dry bulk hauling industries. Our products have been installed on every U.S. Navy ship built for the last 60+ years.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which competency will be measured include the following:
  • Perform and direct all foundry processes in accordance with scheduled production requirements.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of various foundry fundamentals sufficient to deal with general foundry process requirements.
  • Operation and knowledge of various types of tools and foundry equipment necessary in carrying out foundry process requirements.
  • Have the knowledge and ability to carry out minor adjustments and repairs of foundry equipment and machinery.
  • Must have the knowledge, ability and communication skills to arrange for maintenance personnel to make necessary repairs when needed.
  • Responsible for performing duties specified as scheduled per instructions from Foundry Manager/Superintendent/Supervisor.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in all situations that may arise.
  • See that all assignments are carried out in a safe and productive manner in accordance with established quality standards.
    Other duties may be assigned.
