Job description

DESCRIPTION
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the restaurant's daily operational strategy. This role develops shift plans, studies film and analyzes business performance, coaches Team Members and Position Coaches, and makes real-time adjustments to maximize sales, speed of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Additionally, this role is the catalyst of team culture.
A few basic responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and execute daily operational game plans aligned with restaurant goals.
  • Analyze sales trends, labor performance, throughput metrics, and guest feedback to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor operations throughout the day and make real-time adjustments to staffing, deployment, and priorities.
  • Establish clear standards, expectations, and accountability for every shift.
  • Partner with Leadership teams to ensure alignment across operations, training, and hospitality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales, productivity, food quality, and guest experience.
  • Execute the systems implemented by, or in collaboration with, Directors
  • Oversee a specific area of the business to offload pressure from Directors
  • Carry out LEAN projects and train Team Members on the 8 Forms of Waste

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous leadership experience an asset
